I had a perfectly pleasant experience here, everything was good, the location was particularly good near Ha Long Bay as well as main market. Booked twin room with air conditioner, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card. The views across courtyard were magnificent. I thoroughly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and were happy with our decision. the property was fairly clean and the staff were friendly. Our double room had climate control and Netflix. it was lovely with a private bathroom. the location was great, close to the beach, taxis, and the bay.

Situated in a lively area with plenty of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the bay. the rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions. They also provide affordable breakfast options at the hotel, which is convenient. Plus, the hotel has a cute and welcoming dog that adds to the atmosphere.

Although the hotel's staff is welcoming and willing to help, the noise from the ongoing construction site nearby can be a little disturbing in the early morning.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and comfortable bedding provided at the hotel. The key location, near the night food market and bay, made it easy to find delicious dining options and explore the area. the helpful staff was able to recommend local activities.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The lack of breakfast included in the room rate was a disappointment and the limited options offered lacked creativity.

The staff provided me with the best help and service. Despite the language barrier, they made sure that I was comfortable and happy. They helped me book tours, taxis, and gave me directions around the city. the hotel was clean and cozy with contemporary Vietnamese decor. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the location was great, with plenty of food and restaurant options nearby.

During my new year stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money this hotel offered. the hotel is in the perfect location, with lots of food stalls and restaurants in the vicinity, and close to the beach. To add to the convenience, there was a lovely staff who went out of their way to help us with our inquiries.
